Steel Bridge Song Fest 2010! "Take It Inside", Sturgeon Bay, WI
15+ venues are transformed into nightly stages featuring over 150 musicians from around the nation (and world!). As the schedule gets confirm I'll have more info on exactly where and when I'm performing. You can also check out the Calendar on the Steel Bridge Song Fest Website.
This is a very special show and I really hope to can join me. First of all, I'm very excited to play in Seattle again after all these months away and it's a rare treat to have a show on the exquisitely beautiful Triple Door Mainstage. Secondly, I'll be sharing the stage with the beautiful and talented Carrie Clark and The Lonesome Lovers. Carrie and I have a long history of shared tours and shows and we're so tickled to re-unite on this bill. Both of us are going to be debuting new material as well as showcasing songs from our last albums. Not to be missed!
St. Cloud's , 1131 34th Ave (in the Madrona neighbourhood) , Seattle, WA
A cozy night of acoustic music with great food and drink. I'll be joined by dear friends Vincent Gates and Jimm McIver (whose birthday is THAT night - magic and folly will surely ensue!). I'm really looking forward to spending a long-awaited musical night in one of my favourite Seattle haunts.
Hailing from NYC, STEWART LEWIS' magnetic stage presence and quirky storytelling have earned him spots opening for Shawn Colvin, Sheryl Crow, and Ani Difranco, and his songs have been featured on a slew of hit TV shows. ANDREA WITTGENS, has been hailed an "imaginative pop maestro with a delightfully refreshing delivery and message" by Seattle Sound Magazine. This evening will surely be an unforgettable pairing of music at a lovely, intimate venue.
